Sanctuary is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website in line with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Measures Taken
- —Semantic HTML with proper heading hierarchy
- —Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators
- —Descriptive alt text on meaningful imagery
- —Sufficient color contrast against the monochromatic palette
- —Reduced-motion toggle in the header, plus support for prefers-reduced-motion
- —Muted background video by default with pause controls
- —Form labels, field descriptions, and accessible error messaging

Third-Party Content
Sanctuary uses some third-party services (video hosting, giving providers). We choose providers with strong accessibility track records and monitor their conformance.
